New System Incoming

New System Update – Phase 1 Complete
We’ve successfully completed Phase 1 of the rollout of our new front-of-house system, which allows you to book classes, pay for activities and register your visit on arrival.
Developed in partnership with leisure management software provider Legend, the new system is an important step towards improving your experience when booking and using our facilities across South Lanarkshire.
We’re now preparing for Phase 2, which is planned to begin on Tuesday 27 October 2026, bringing the new system to more of our venues.
Thank you for your patience and understanding throughout the rollout. We also ask that you continue to be kind to our staff as they adapt to the new system and ways of working.
What do I need to do?
If your centre has already moved to the new system, you’ll need to register for Legend Online Services and activate your new online account to continue booking online or through our app.
You should receive an invitation from Legend with simple step-by-step instructions to help you get set up. We recommend activating your account as soon as you receive this information.
Please make sure your contact details are up to date so you don’t miss out. If you require assistance, please contact your centre directly.

All sites listed above are now live on our new system. If you have not already done so, please register for Legend Online Services to continue booking online or through the app. If you require any assistance, please contact your centre directly.
Phase 2 – Upcoming Rollout Dates
Phase 2 is planned to begin on Tuesday 27 October 2026, with further centres moving to our new system over the following days.
During each changeover, there will be some temporary disruption to online booking and app services. Please check the information below for the planned dates and arrangements affecting your centre.

What happens next?
Following Phase 2, we’ll continue introducing the new system at further leisure, culture and outdoor facilities across South Lanarkshire.
